Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sezwan Technologies Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of EasyPay HR & Payroll Software ("Software", "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

- User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Services
- Account: A unique account created for you to access our Services
- Content: All information, data, text, and materials uploaded to the Services
Account Registration
To use our Services, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Subscription and Payment
Subscription Plans
We offer multiple subscription plans with different features and pricing. You agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize automatic billing for recurring subscriptions
- Pay any applicable taxes
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Cancellation and Refunds

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by Sezwan Technologies Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our Services. However:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
- We are not liable for service interruptions
- We may modify or discontinue features with notice
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mauritius.
